Our procedures

  1. Phone to make an appointment.
  2. Download and complete the registration form. Send the completed form to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  3. We will to collect your pet from your vehicle and take him or her in for the examination.
  4. After the consultation, the vet will briefly discuss his findings in person or telephonically if you are feeling unwell.
  5. You will receive a copy of the vets' notes and the invoice for payment.
  6. We encourage using our tap-and-go facility on the credit card machine and using the back of your pen to enter your PIN if required or, EFT from your mobile phone whilst still on the premises, to minimize contact with the credit card machine.
